In 2019, I found myself overweight and frustrated by the endless cycle of diets that simply didn’t work. I realised it was time to stop chasing temporary fixes and start understanding why these solutions only provided short-term results. Determined to make lasting changes, I began researching the science behind weight management and discovered what it truly takes to achieve lifelong health.

This journey sparked my passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to become a Qualified Weight Management Coach and a certified Personal Trainer. For the past two years, I’ve been running in-person courses, helping people transform their lives. But I wanted to reach even more people who are struggling with the same frustrations I once faced. That’s why I developed The Weight Management Blueprint—a comprehensive guide designed to provide actionable, sustainable solutions to help as many people as possible achieve lifelong health and happiness.
